We’re seeking a Cleaner to provide high quality cleaning service to our estates in Mitcham. In a nutshell, you’ll ensure that the estates are clean, tidy and safe for our residents.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and clean all communal areas, including sweeping and mopping
- External litter packing, leaf clearance and cleaning bin areas, including rotating bins
- Empty dog waste bins located on the estates
- Conduct health and safety checks of communal areas as required
- Deal with residents courteously and respectfully
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have previous caretaking or cleaning experience and be customer service focused, with good communication skills.

- Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance
- Eligibility to work in the UK – no visa sponsorship available
- Residence in England or Wales for the duration of employment
