£70,398 to £87,998 per annum (London) or £64,043 to £80,054 per annum (national).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions, including Mobile and Resource Scheduling Optimisation.
- Design, build and support complex field service applications using C#, Java Script/Type Script, plugins, Logic Apps, Power Automate, and RESTful Web APIs.
- Collaborate closely with the Dynamics Field Service Architect to translate design specifications into resilient, well‑engineered solutions.
- Manage two Technical Consultants, providing coaching, mentorship and ensuring their work meets platform standards.
- Apply Dynamics ALM practices, environment strategy, source control and release pipeline management to maintain high quality delivery.
- Resolve difficult production issues and serve as a senior technical contributor for the team.
- Required Skills & Experience
- Substantial hands‑on experience building, extending and supporting Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions in production.
- Strong knowledge of the Power Platform and Dataverse sufficient for sound design decisions.
- Proficiency in C#, Java Script/Type Script and related development environments.
- Experience with Dynamics ALM, source control, release pipelines and environment strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor junior technical staff and to coach engineers.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK, with no visa sponsorship available; candidate must reside in England or Wales during employment.

Occasional travel may be required. Flexible working arrangements are available.
