About the role
We’re looking for a Change and Adoption Partner to work alongside the Change and Adoption Manager, joining a team that is responsible for the facilitation and governance of the Change Management process across various projects within Clarion Housing Group .
What you will do
- Utilise your understanding of the principles and practices of change management methodologies to work closely with project teams to identify appropriate change management strategies, communication and training plans that will ensure successful adoption of the change.
- Manage relationships with various audiences and influence others to move towards a common vision or goal, acting as the key point of contact for the business areas impacted by the change and engaging with stakeholders to ensure they understand both the impact on their teams and how to best support them.
- Deliver workshops and focus groups, conduct Change Impact Assessments, deliver presentations and training sessions to user groups within the business, and support the implementation and embedding of change.
- Work collaboratively in a team and on your own initiative with exceptional organisational skills.
Experience & qualifications
- Experience in change management in a complex organisation.
- Experience delivering workshops and focus groups.
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage relationships with various audiences.
- Experience in delivering training sessions and embedding change.
- Eligible to work in the UK, resident in England or Wales for the duration of employment.

Closing Date: Monday 22nd June 2026 at midnight. This vacancy may close without notice. This is a hybrid role with a base location offered at one of our offices across England. Candidates will be expected to work from the London office at least once per month, with travel to other offices as required. If you live outside the M25, your salary will be based on your location and aligned to the National pay scale.
