We have TWO exciting new opportunities for Alternative Dispute Officers to join our Legal Disrepair team based in Manchester or London.
Reporting to the Alternative Dispute Manager, you'll be responsible for managing complex legal disrepair disputes from receipt through to resolution, applying Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) principles, investigation, negotiation and evidence-based decision making to achieve fair, proportionate and cost-effective outcomes. This role supports a resolution-focused culture that improves customer experience, increases choice and delivers better outcomes for residents while minimising unnecessary escalation to formal legal proceedings.
We'll look to you to have experience in mediation, dispute resolution, complaint handling and complex case management. Preparing witness statements, collating evidence, trial preparation and attending or representing the organisation at court hearings when required.
If you have experience managing legal disrepair cases, housing-related disputes and understand Alternative Dispute Resolution principles and dispute resolution models then we would like to hear from you.
Please review the full role profile and Behaviours & Mandatory Accountabilities on our website before applying. Salaries are just the starting point. Here at Clarion we're dedicated to rewarding hard work and commitment, and providing benefits that support you and your lifestyle.
