Salary: London - £67,820 - £85,776 per annum; National - £61,698 - £77,123 per annum

Hours: 36 hours per week – flexible options considered

This is a great opportunity to join our team - Employer of the Year. We are expanding our Development team here at Clarion Housing and seeking an Affordable Housing & Programme Manager to join us.

Reporting to the Head of Affordable Housing Viability, Grant Programme & Compliance, you will be managing the Affordable Housing Programme Team to ensure programme and grant targets are met. You will be working closely with the Head of Affordable Housing Viability and Compliance, to identify funding and investment from the Greater London Authority, Homes England and other sources.

You will be responsible for optimising and presenting the viability and business case for grant funding bids across the programme, ensuring full compliance with Capital Funding rules and the requirements of the Grant Funding Programme.

You will ideally have proven experience working with regulatory bodies and funders, including the Greater London Authority (GLA). You will have worked closely with Development, Land and Partnerships, Delivery, and Finance teams, and possess strong knowledge of OPS, the Capital Funding Guide, and relevant regulatory requirements. In addition, you bring solid experience of development procedures across the project lifecycle.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in London. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least 2 days per week.
