We are looking for a Visiting Scheme Manager to look after our properties at Meridian Court in Ashford, Kent. The role is customer-facing and supports residents in maintaining their well-being and independence.
Responsibilities
- Prioritise and manage your own workload independently.
- Support residents and maintain their well-being and independence.
- Manage the general building maintenance, including organising repairs and maintenance of communal areas and the property structure.
- Oversee contractors on annual contracts and carry out communal cleaning, gardening and window cleaning.
- Serve as the first point of contact for resident complaints, leasehold enquiries or property alterations.
- Use IT applications such as Outlook and Word to support daily operations.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Good understanding of building maintenance.
- Good standard of IT knowledge.
- Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required.
- Post is subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
- You must be eligible to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
