We're looking for an experienced Head of Data Governance to lead the development and implementation of Clarion's enterprise-wide Data Governance framework. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and mature enterprise data governance capabilities within a complex organisation. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for ensuring data is managed as a valuable organisational asset through clear ownership, consistent standards, and effective controls. Reporting into our Director of Data, you'll establish and embed governance and accountability frameworks that support regulatory compliance, reduce risk, and enable trusted, high-quality data across the organisation.
You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring critical data is governed effectively throughout its lifecycle, supporting operational excellence, informed decision-making, and the successful delivery of business strategy.
Experience establishing data ownership, stewardship and accountability structures is vital, along with significant experience leading Data Governance functions at organisational level.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in London or Norwich. Candidates will be expected to work from the office as required with occasional travel.
