Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a Neighbourhood Response Manager to lead the Live Smart (Over 55’s Housing) team in the South region.
You will manage contractors for our Over 55’s Housing schemes, ensuring smooth delivery and working collaboratively with other departments, residents groups and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage the regional Live Smart team, fostering a high‑performance culture.
- Ensure contractors meet quality, financial and legislative standards.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to prioritise improvements and negotiate with external partners.
- Motivate staff and build strong relationships across the business.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven team‑management experience with a track record of motivating others and achieving results.
- Strong leadership, influencing and negotiating skills.
- Extensive knowledge of housing management practice and housing legislation.
- Key Information
- Frequent travel across the South region (Kent, Surrey, Sussex) on a weekly basis.
- Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance required.
- Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and will not receive visa sponsorship; you must reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
