Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to cover Chichester, Guildford, Bracknell and surrounding areas. You will report to the Neighbourhood Repairs Manager and manage inspections and reports for repairs, voids and cyclical works, while engaging with customers and stakeholders.
You will plan repair work to meet cost, time and quality KPIs and undertake surveys to identify defects and risks, including major void inspections, to guide recommendations.
