We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Income Team Leader to join our Financial Services team in London.
Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract Type: 12-month Secondment/Fixed Term Contract
In a nutshell, you’ll lead a dedicated and motivated team ensuring a unified approach to delivering exceptional customer service, as well as ensuring all tasks are completed on time, accurately, and in line with service level agreements.
You’ll create, maintain, and review all processes and procedures to ensure they are fit for purpose, facilitating accurate and controlled processing of rent payments. You will also resource plan effectively to cover all responsibilities, maintain service level agreement timescales, and implement contingency plans when necessary to maximize service delivery and standards.
Key duties include:
- Ensuring the team is appraised, motivated, and equipped with appropriate training and tools
- Proactively resolving queries quickly and satisfactorily, representing the team positively
- Ensuring processes and procedures are followed correctly, with changes properly documented and communicated
We’re seeking someone with experience managing individuals in a customer-focused environment, particularly in high-volume transactional settings with tight deadlines.
You should have strong investigatory skills, good fraud awareness, and excellent IT skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
