You’ll ensure communal areas are clean, tidy and safe for residents, with duties including sweeping, mopping, bin areas and litter clearance, plus health and safety checks.
The ideal candidate has caretaking/cleaning experience and is customer service focused with good communication skills. This permanent role offers 36 hours per week with flexible options.
