Job Overview
We are seeking an Environmental Caretaker to join the Estate Services Team. The role involves working from the Ashgrove Road office in Bromley and covering South London, Croydon and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Lead deep clean operations and bulk collections.
- Share driving responsibilities of a 3.5‑ton bulk truck or a panel van and trailer when needed.
- Learn and follow schedules and daily routes.
- Manage work schedules and maintain records.
- Use a range of tools, carry out cleaning tasks and monitor estate activity.
- Provide good customer care, communicate effectively, and maintain a "can do" mentality.
Qualifications & Skills
- Must hold a full valid manual UK driving licence.
- Ability to work independently, be self‑motivated and organise own time effectively.
- Proactive approach to daily activities and awareness of safe working practices.
- Ability to deal with members of the public, staff and community representatives courteously and professionally.
- Subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
- Eligible to work in the UK and required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
