Clarion Futures is one of 10 housing associations awarded a grant by Learning and Work Institute and Youth Future Foundation to deliver a Jobs Plus pilot programme supporting people into work and training. This programme is based in two hubs in Penge and Borehamwood, providing a range of support services under one roof, including housing, employment, health, skills, digital and financial inclusion. The pilot is funded until March 2026 and aims to assess the feasibility and effectiveness of the Jobs Plus model in a UK context.
We\\\'re seeking a motivated, self driven and highly organised Employment Support Officer to join our team and play a vital role in delivering an externally funded programme. In this position, you\\\'ll use your expertise in employability to empower individuals to make confident choices about their future. Working closely with local employers and community partners, you\\\'ll help create sustainable pathways into work and self-employment, making a real difference to both individuals and the wider community.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at a Community Centre in Borehamwood. Candidates will be expected to work from a centre 3 days per week.
