We have an exciting opportunity for a Disrepair Surveyor to join our team covering Yorkshire, Greater Manchester and the Midlands. We’re looking for you to ensure the effective management and delivery of compliance related repairs including statutory Environmental Health Orders and legal disrepair cases.
You’ll undertake building and technical surveys to determine the building condition and identify defects and associated risks. You’ll make recommendations for repair, improvement, or new construction work based on survey findings.
We’ll look to you to investigate standard incidents using current regulatory and compliance processes, systems, and procedures, and take action to solve immediate issues as well as advising colleagues on more complex problems.
It is essential that you are educated to level 5 or above in surveying or demonstrable equivalent experience.
Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required. This post is subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance. You must be eligible to work in the UK to apply for this vacancy; Clarion are not able to offer visa sponsorship. You are required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment.
