We’re looking for a Development Planning & Forecasting Accountant to join our team in London, with experience in an accounting or finance environment. You will work closely with the Development Planning and Forecasting team, reporting to the Senior Development Accountant, to support the delivery of key work streams and ensure accurate understanding of scheme costs and revenues.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the timely delivery of key work streams and obtain an in‑depth knowledge of all schemes, enabling high‑level reviews of cost and revenue, timing of spend and sales, and profiles of scheme costs.
- Collaborate with Development Managers to correct cost and revenue information where necessary.
- Champion the Pamwin appraisal system – maintain the system, perform and enhance monthly checks, and keep process notes current and clear.
- Conduct monthly reviews and reconciliations of costs, prepare monthly Pamtrans, upload records from AX by required deadlines, and issue approvals to Managers.
Requirements
- Experience in an accounting or finance environment.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence.
- Excellent attention to detail, investigative mindset, strong organisational and time‑management capabilities.
- Proficiency in reconciling and reporting duties within a financial or accounting system.
- Willingness to work from the London office at least 3 days per week (hybrid model).
Remuneration and Working Hours
- Hybrid – London, Greater London
- House Salary: £50,347 – £60,384 per annum
- National Salary: £46,449 – £55,647 per annum
- Hours: 36 per week
- Contract Type: Permanent
