Why This Isn’t Your Average Grad Scheme
You’ll be part of the action from the start – working on live projects worth £10‑10 M, attending planning committees, and shaping key decisions.
Five Rotations, Total Immersion
Spend 4‑5 months in each team over two years:

Land Acquisition – Find sites, run the numbers, negotiate deals

Development Management – Navigate planning, coordinate teams, problem‑solve

Project Management – Own budgets, timelines, and risk on live developments

On‑Site Delivery – Boots on, hard hat on, make it happen

Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience – Understand buyers, launch show homes, hit targets
You will also be involved in:

What You’ll Actually Be Doing
- By month 3: Presenting a feasibility study to the development director
- By month 6: Managing consultant relationships on schemes ranging from 100 to 1000+ units
- By month 12: Attending planning committee meetings for a major residential project
- By month 18: Leading site inspections, quality checks and assisting in managing contractor relationships
- By month 24: Applying to your team for a permanent role
