Salary: London - £50,347 - £62,419 per annum; National - £46,449 - £54,798 per annum

We have an exciting opportunity for a Development Accountant (Joint Ventures) to join our team in London. You’ll support the team in providing timely, robust and insightful financial information for Joint Ventures. We’ll look to you to lead on operational funding for Joint Ventures, complete the month end process on Joint Venture accounting, produce weekly sales reports for the Sales and Development team and assist and support with the budget reporting to ensure its complete and accurate by carrying out analyses as requested.

You’ll provide support for year-end tasks such as audit requests and inputting information into the statutory accounts process for all Joint Ventures. We’re looking for a part-qualified Accountant with relevant financial accounting experience as well as experience of working in an accounting/finance department or similar environment. You’ll have acute attention to detail with strong investigatory skills and a proven track record in the use of Excel and integrated computerised accounting systems. You’ll be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing and you’ll be passionate about learning and developing.

This role will be challenging, as your multiple priorities will change as we operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Camden, London. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least 2 days per week.
