Latimer Homes is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care & Quality Executive to join our Customer Experience team. In this vital role, you’ll be part of a team that ensures every customer has an exceptional experience even after they have moved into their new home.
You’ll play a key role in our mission to make every interaction count, providing outstanding service and support during the Defect Liability Period for each property. This operational position involves managing and resolving customer defects within agreed timelines while upholding the highest standards of service. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, adept at handling challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism.
Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will be crucial in keeping customers informed and reassured throughout the process. To succeed in this role, strong computer literacy is essential, particularly with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience in housing and familiarity with NHBC standards will be highly beneficial.
We’re looking for individuals with great attention to detail who can identify trends in customer issues and propose preventative measures that contribute to continuous improvement.
This is a hybrid role with a base location at our office in Islington. Candidates will be expected to work from the office every Monday with the team. This is subject to change depending on business needs. If you live outside the M25, your salary will be based on your location and aligned to the National pay scale. Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required.
