Location: Hybrid / Maidstone, Kent

Salary: £27,333 – £31,578 per annum

Hours: 36 per week

Contract Type: Permanent

As a Contact Centre Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling a variety of inquiries and providing outstanding inbound and outbound service through telephone, email, and innovative multi‑channel platforms. You will support housing and tenancy management, repairs, and complaints, ensuring high‑quality customer service.

Assessment Process

If shortlisted, you will be invited to a quick chat with the hiring panel. If successful, you will attend a face‑to‑face interview at the Maidstone office during the week commencing 1st December 2025.

Training and Start Date

Successful applicants will undertake an 8‑week training programme at the Maidstone office, starting January 2026. Training is full‑time Monday to Friday with no annual leave during this period.

Wednesday 19th November 2025 at midnight.

Eligibility

You must be eligible to work in the UK. Clarion are not able to offer visa sponsorship and you must reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment.
