The predicted salary is between 20000 - 27000 £ per year.

Location: Birmingham – Haven Court

Salary: £23,587.20 per annum pro rata

Hours: 15 hours per week – Monday – Friday

Contract Type: Permanent

We are seeking a Cleaner to join our team in our over 55’s Housing scheme in Birmingham. You’ll be keeping all areas of the scheme well maintained and kept in a clean and tidy condition.

The successful candidate will ideally have a background of working with vulnerable adults or within sheltered housing and good experience of cleaning.

Responsibilities

  • Hoovering, mopping, sweeping, and ensuring communal kitchen and toilets are cleaned daily.
