Location: Hybrid with flexible base location London: £50,850 to £69,918 per annum National: £46,886 to £64,468 per annum
Hours: 36 hours per week – flexible options considered

Responsibilities
- Lead business‑critical projects from discovery through to implementation, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Engage and influence key stakeholders to gain buy‑in and ensure successful adoption of change.
- Develop and manage business cases that assess impact on customers, people, processes, policies, and technology.
- Apply structured project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) to drive success.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring clear communication and proactive mitigation strategies.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement, ensuring projects deliver tangible business benefits.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading and delivering change projects within a large, complex organisation—preferably in public sector, housing, or regulated industries.
- A recognised project or programme management certification (PRINCE2, MSP, PMP) or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Change Management methodologies.
- Experience delivering digital transformation projects, including cloud‑based solutions and enterprise‑wide system implementations.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills—able to navigate complex relationships, communicate effectively, and influence at all levels.
- A collaborative leader, able to bring teams together, drive engagement and embed new ways of working.
