Clarion Housing Group is seeking an experienced Carpenter with skills in other trades to join our maintenance team covering Merton and surrounding areas.
This is a permanent role, 40 hours per week, with overtime opportunities and a London Weighting Allowance.
You will carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs, ensuring work is completed to high standards within deadlines.
A valid UK driving licence is required and a company van will be provided.
