This is a great opportunity to join our team. We are looking for a customer-focused Caretaker to join our Estate Services team in Leatherhead to work across sites in Surrey, mostly Dorking and Leatherhead.
Duties will include:
- Inspecting and cleaning communal areas
- Ensuring that our estates are kept clean and hazard free with high standards maintained
- Sweeping, mopping, litter picking and cleaning bin areas
- Carrying out health and safety checks
Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required. This post is subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance. You must be eligible to work in the UK to apply for this vacancy; Clarion are not able to offer visa sponsorship. You are required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment.
