We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Surveyor to join our team covering Leeds, Bradford, Sheffield, York and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Report to the Neighbourhood Repairs Manager and carry out pre‑/post‑inspection and reporting for responsive repairs, legal disrepair, void works and cyclical repairs.
- Consult and engage with customers, leaseholders, internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate repair, maintenance and construction work to deliver according to cost, time and quality standards.
- Undertake building and technical surveys to determine building condition, identify defects and associated risks.
- Carry out major void inspections ensuring work is completed in line with KPIs and make recommendations based on survey findings.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Surveying Property and Maintenance Level 3.
- Member of a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS or CIOB).
Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required. This post is subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
