As the Assistant Director of Housing, you will lead the entirety of our housing services across a large, dedicated and stable team. You will lead landlord services, front door and allocations, housing growth, compliance, repairs and our HRA account. We are continually evolving as a team, and this is a unique opportunity to reshape our service, continue to deliver £222m of investment in new housing, existing stock and our net zero ambitions.

Reporting to the Strategic Director of Adult Care, Housing and Public Health, you will be part of a directorate committed to achieving our vision of creating healthy and resilient neighbourhoods, recognising the important role that access to decent and affordable homes plays in supporting communities to lead healthy and prosperous lives.
