We're currently looking for a Safety Case Manager to oversee the development, delivery, and maintenance of building safety cases for Clarion's higher-risk and complex residential buildings.
You'll be responsible for leading the creation and maintenance of building safety cases for Clarion's higher-risk and complex residential buildings, aligning with statutory requirements and best practices. You'll maintain a thorough understanding of the organisational impact of the Building Safety Act 2022, and other related safety legislation. You'll also proactively engage with regulatory bodies and stakeholders, shaping Clarion's approach to building safety.
We're looking for a candidate who brings a solid background in managing projects and programmes within sectors such as construction, health and safety, facilities management, or compliance. Your experience should demonstrate effective stakeholder engagement and a history of working in roles related to construction, health and safety, or facilities management. Key to this role are adaptability, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to navigate and lead in a dynamic, evolving environment.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Croydon. Candidates will be expected to work from the office in accordance with business needs. Occasional travel may be required with attendance at your designated office base and occasional travel to other Clarion offices/sites as and when required.
