We're looking for an organised and experienced Receptionist/Office Administrator to assist with the efficient and effective running of Grange's administration department. Drawing on your background in administration and customer service, you'll provide administrative support to both office and field-based colleagues. This will involve managing incoming and outgoing post, managing Outlook inboxes by responding to and triaging emails, updating bespoke database with resident information as well as recording staff absences and liaising with external reception team to update their diary on a daily basis.
We're looking for strong customer service skills, excellent numeracy and literacy skills and sound knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are also essential for the role.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Lower Eashing. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least 3 days per week after the initial induction period.
