We are looking for an organised and experienced Receptionist/Office Administrator to assist with the efficient and effective running of Grange's administration department. Drawing on your background in administration and customer service, you will provide administrative support to both office and field-based colleagues. This will involve:

  • Managing incoming and outgoing post
  • Managing Outlook inboxes by responding to and triaging emails
  • Updating bespoke database with resident information
  • Recording staff absences
  • Liaising with external reception team to update their diary on a daily basis

We are looking for strong customer service skills, excellent numeracy and literacy skills, and sound knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are also essential for the role.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Lower Eashing. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least 3 days per week after the initial induction period. You must be eligible to work in the UK to apply for this vacancy; Clarion are not able to offer visa sponsorship. You are required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment.
