We're recruiting for a Regional Housing Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering a highly customer-focused, effective and efficient regional administration service to our Neighbourhood Team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reporting communal repairs to contractors
- Maintaining relevant records
- Acting on gas safety processes
- Liaising with contractors
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Maintaining garage tenancy records
- Processing lettings and terminations
- Maximising income collection
- Liaising with colleagues on inspections
Applicants should have previous experience in a customer service environment and a demonstrable commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Strong written communication skills, data analysis from multiple sources, and the ability to prioritise a busy workload are required.
You must be eligible to work in the UK to apply for this vacancy; Clarion are not able to offer visa sponsorship. You are required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment.
Closing Date: Wednesday 6th May 2026 at midnight. This is a hybrid role based at our office in March or Norwich, requiring you to work in the office up to one day a week; specific days will be agreed with your line manager.
