A Multi Trade Operative will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.
We are looking for someone who is fully competent & proficient at installing DGU & UPVC windows and doors and double glazed units as well as repairing hinges, locks and handles. It is essential that you are able to carry out kitchen repairs, wooden door repair/replacement works for both internal & external doors and plumbing to a high standard. We will also require you to be confident in forced entries and lock changes to wooden and UPVC/Composite style doors.
You must hold a valid UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.

Salary: £36,000 - £41,000 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime. Salaries are just the starting point. As an operative working in the London Region, you will be eligible to receive an additional monthly non-contractual London Weighting Allowance of £125.
