We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Surveyor to join our team covering Manchester, Salford, Bolton and the surrounding area of Greater Manchester.
Responsibilities
- Report to the Neighbourhood Repairs Manager and conduct pre- and post-inspection reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs.
- Consult and engage with customers and leaseholders, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate repair, maintenance, and construction work to meet cost, time, and quality standards.
- Undertake building and technical surveys to assess building condition, identify defects, and evaluate associated risks.
- Perform mandatory void inspections, ensuring compliance with KPIs and providing recommendations based on survey findings.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3.
- Member of an accredited professional body (e.g., RICS or CIOB).
- Must be eligible to work in the UK and must reside in England or Wales during employment.
- Must be able to travel across the region as required.
- Must agree to a mandatory Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
