Clarion Housing Group in East Sussex is seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to join our team covering Brighton, Tunbridge and surrounding areas. Reporting to the Neighbourhood Repairs Manager, you will conduct pre/post-inspection and surveys for responsive repairs, voids and cyclical works.
You will plan, coordinate and deliver repairs to time, cost and quality standards, carrying out building surveys, identifying defects and risks, and providing practical recommendations.
