We're looking to recruit a LCDM Administrator to join our existing case management team. The main purpose of this role is to manage the administrative tasks for the Case Management team and to triage cases as they come in, raise work orders where necessary and escalate cases where it is required. The post holder will facilitate the smooth running of the case management project, building and maintaining positive relationships that ensure effective liaison between key stakeholders and ultimately deliver improved responsive services to our customers.
This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least one day per week.
