Hybrid role with a London base location. The position offers a salary of £100,044 to £118,803 per annum plus a £5,000 car allowance, with 36 hours per week and flexible options. Contract Type: Permanent.

Are you a seasoned professional in contractual dispute management and dispute resolution, with experience in contracting or housebuilding?
Working closely with the Director of Commercial, the Senior Commercial Claims Manager, and construction delivery teams, you\\\’ll play a key role in leading legal and commercial dispute matters. You\\\’ll provide expert support across project delivery disputes, asset and fire safety issues, and latent defect claims.
As Head of Claims and Dispute Resolution, you\\\’ll be a collaborative team player who understands the value of cross-functional working. You\\\’ll help lead the drafting and negotiation of building contracts, settlement agreements, consultant briefs, and appointments related to dispute claims.
Responsibilities
- Investigating contractual and technical documents to establish facts and compile evidence for legal and expert teams.
- Supporting the production of evidence bundles, cost calculations, and claims summaries.
- Assisting with submissions for adjudication, arbitration, mediation, and litigation.
Qualifications
- A sharp eye for detail and a naturally inquisitive mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, trust-based relationships.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration.
