Salary: £57,958 - £68,180 per annum pro rata

Location: Hybrid/Penge/Borehamwood

Hours: 36 per week

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen with Clarion Futures for an exceptional Programme Manager to join the team. This role is currently funded until March 2026, with negotiations ongoing for up to an additional 3 years of funding.

As a key member of our Jobs and Training team, you will lead the development of a diverse array of employment opportunities, including apprenticeships, training and work experiences designed to empower Clarion residents and serve our customer base within the Jobs Plus pilots in Penge and Borehamwood.

Collaboration will be at the heart of your work as you engage with local partners and stakeholders - regeneration and development partners, local authorities, and training providers - to create meaningful employment pathways that transform lives.

You will partner closely with the Employer and Partnerships Manager to unlock suitable, sustainable job opportunities that inspire change.

We seek a dynamic individual with substantial experience in team management and a strong background in the Employment and Training sector. You will bring a proven track record of delivering exceptional operational services while successfully managing externally funded contracts.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing high-quality operational services for externally funded contracts. A Management qualification at Level 5 or above is preferred, or you should demonstrate relevant experience.
