If you're interested in developing a broad range of fundamental trade skills then this could be your chance to join our team working for the UK's largest Housing association.

This level 2 apprenticeship includes skills in:

  • Carpentry
  • Joinery
  • Plumbing
  • Plastering
  • Brick and block work
  • External works
  • Associated finishing trades including tiling, painting, and decorating

Starting in August 2026 you'll gain experience in repairs and maintenance, deliver services to our residents' homes and comply with all Health, Safety and Environmental standards. You'll ensure that the service delivered exceeds customer needs, requirements and expectations by working with your mentor and colleagues to develop a culture which continually improves the customer experience.

With good communication and people skills you'll promote teamwork and develop excellent working relationships with all members of staff.
