Salary: £27,706 - £29,858 per annum
Hours: 36 hours per week - flexible options considered
Contract Type: Permanent
About the Role
This is a great opportunity to join our team, Employer of the Year Housing Heroes Awards 2025. We're seeking a Cleaner to provide a high quality cleaning service to our estates in Eastfields, Mitcham. In a nutshell, you'll ensure that the estates are clean, tidy and safe for our residents.
Key Duties
- Inspecting and cleaning all communal areas including sweeping and mopping
- External litter packing
- Leaf clearance and cleaning bin areas
- Rotating bins
- Responsible for emptying dog waste bins located on the estates
- Carrying out health and safety checks of communal areas as required
- Dealing with residents courteously and respectfully
Candidate Requirements
- Previous caretaking / cleaning experience
- Customer service focused
- Good communication skills
