Are you ready to take your Dynamics 365 expertise to the next level? We are seeking an experienced Dynamics Field Services Technical Consultant to join our team. The role will involve developing, extending, implementing and supporting our Dynamics 365 Field Services and related systems.
Using your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, you will regularly engage with customers, keeping them informed of progress, ensuring support tickets are logged, triaged and resolved quickly. You will be responsible for taking the lead in planning, developing and deploying changes and enhancements to our Dynamics Field Services technical solutions, prioritising quality and resilience.
You will join us with an in-depth knowledge of, and experience in supporting and implementing Dynamics 365 Field Services solutions including Field Service Mobile and Resource Scheduling Optimisation. You will also need the ability to understand business problems and translate them into an appropriate technical solution.
If you have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience of writing plugins, Logic Apps and workflows then we want to hear from you now!
