We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Surveyor to join our team covering East London and surrounding areas. Reporting to the Neighbourhood Repairs Manager you'll be responsible for pre/post‑inspection and reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs, consulting and engaging with customers and leaseholders, and with internal and external stakeholders.

You'll plan and coordinate repair, maintenance, and construction work to deliver according to cost, time, and quality standards. We'll look to you to undertake building and technical surveys to determine the building condition and identify defects and associated risks. You'll carry out major void inspections and ensure that work is completed in line with KPIs and make recommendations based on survey findings.

It is essential that you have a Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3 and are a member of a relevant professional body e.g. RICS or CIOB. Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required.
