We have an exciting opportunity for a Disrepair Surveyor to join our team covering the Yorkshire and Midlands Region. We are looking for you to ensure the effective management and delivery of compliance related repairs including statutory Environmental Health Orders and legal disrepair cases.
You will undertake building and technical surveys to determine the building condition and identify defects and associated risks. You will make recommendations for repair, improvement, or new construction work based on survey findings.
We will look to you to investigate standard incidents using current regulatory and compliance processes, systems, and procedures, and take action to solve immediate issues as well as advising colleagues on more complex problems.
It is essential that you are educated to level 5 or above in surveying or demonstrable equivalent experience.
