We're seeking two Tenancy Specialists to join our team, based from either our Bristol or Tamworth office. This is a specialist role focused on antisocial behaviour (ASB), tenancy enforcement and complex tenancy management. You'll provide expert advice and case management support, working closely with Neighbourhood Officers and other colleagues to ensure that ASB cases are investigated thoroughly, managed effectively and resolved using the most appropriate, proportionate and cost-effective interventions available.

While the role title is Tenancy Specialist, this is primarily an anti-social behaviour (ASB) and tenancy enforcement role, focused on investigating, managing and resolving complex ASB cases. You'll lead on complex and high-risk ASB cases, including harassment, hate incidents, serious nuisance, criminal behaviour and other tenancy breaches. Taking a victim-centred approach, you'll be responsible for assessing risk, developing case strategies, coordinating investigations and ensuring victims and witnesses receive appropriate support throughout the process.

You'll work in partnership with a range of agencies including the Police, local authorities, support providers, solicitors, mediation services and safeguarding partners to gather evidence, share intelligence and deliver effective outcomes. This may involve attending multi-agency meetings, conducting investigative interviews, obtaining witness statements and supporting evidence gathering to inform tenancy enforcement action.

The role also includes preparing legal case files and managing legal action relating to tenancy enforcement, including injunctions, possession proceedings and other tenancy-related legal matters. You'll work closely with solicitors and represent us at court, ensuring cases are progressed efficiently and to a high standard.

We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of ASB investigation and enforcement, excellent judgement, and the ability to manage a varied and demanding caseload. You'll be confident working with partners, influencing outcomes and making balanced decisions that protect communities while supporting those affected by ASB.

This role will be based at either our Bristol or Tamworth. While much of your work can be carried out flexibly, there will be a requirement to attend office locations, court hearings, partner meetings and operational activities as required. The ability and willingness to travel is therefore essential. You may also occasionally be required to work early mornings, evenings or respond at short notice to support court attendance investigations or major incidents.

If this sounds like an opportunity for you then please review the full role profile before applying.

This role is office based from either our Bristol or Tamworth office. There is currently no minimum office attendance requirement; however, you will be expected to attend the office and other locations as required. As with all hybrid working arrangements, attendance requirements may change in line with business needs. You'll split your time between working from home and the office, specific days will be agreed with your line manager.

This post is subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance. Applicants must have the ability to travel across regions as required.

You must be eligible to work in the UK to apply for this vacancy; Clarion are not able to offer visa sponsorship. You are required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment.

Act now - apply today! This vacancy may close early without notice.
