Contract Type: Secondment/Fixed term contract - until August 2027

We're recruiting for a Regional Housing Administrator to join our team. You'll be responsible for delivering a highly customer-focused, effective and efficient regional administration service to our Neighbourhood Team. You'll be required to liaise with external contractors on a regular basis, raise purchase orders and pay invoices whilst keeping good records on various systems. You will manage our admin inbox and CRM dashboards on a rota basis, support the Home Moves team with indexing sign up documents and sending out tenancy agreements to residents, then completing CORE forms onto the government website. This list is not exhaustive.

You'll already have previous experience in a customer service environment and a demonstrable commitment to delivering excellent customer service. You'll be able to write clear, accurate and concise records, often analysing data from a variety of sources and be able to prioritise your busy workload as required.

This is a hybrid role based in our Birmingham office, requiring you to work in the office occasionally, these specific days will be agreed with your line manager.
