We are seeking an experienced Planned Investment Manager/Surveyor to lead delivery of Clarion's Planned Asset Investment Programme. Working with our Tier 1 partnering contractor, you will deliver a programme of works primarily across the Midlands and work within a team covering a significantly larger area.
You will be responsible for developing, validating, and delivering the planned programme within a defined area, ensuring a strategic and value-for-money approach. You will work closely with internal teams and residents, providing clear updates on plans, progress, and outcomes, and ensuring alignment with Property Services and Asset Strategy.
In partnership with contractors, you will undertake stock condition surveys to inform programme scope and carry out site inspections before, during, and after works to ensure quality, compliance, and commercial control, including monthly valuations.
You will have proven experience delivering planned investment programmes, strong contract management skills, and a solid understanding of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements. Strong commercial experience is essential, including budget control.
