Location: Fountain Street, Manchester / Harefield West, Leeds / Warrington, Ruislip Court - hybrid working arrangement.
Contract Type: Secondment/fixed term contract until July 2027.
Join our Available Homes Team and play a key role in helping customers move into their new homes. The key objective is to minimise the time a property remains empty by ensuring it is let as quickly as possible while providing a good quality service to our customers.
We're seeking someone with excellent team working skills, a positive mindset and willingness to contribute ideas for improvement.
This is a hybrid role working between home, office and the community covering either Yorkshire or North West regions. Occasional travel to Birmingham for team meetings will be required. Applicants must have the ability to travel across regions as required. This post is subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
