Overview
To be successful in your role of Assistant Land & Partnerships Manager, you will work with all Land and Partnerships colleagues to deliver a pipeline of development projects.
You\\\’ll be involved in identifying new land opportunities, including joint ventures, S106 and package deals for residential led schemes across London and the South East.
Responsibilities
- Identify new land opportunities, including joint ventures, S106 and package deals for residential-led schemes across London and the South East.
- Support the creation of new partnerships and joint ventures, and maintain a network of connections with stakeholders.
- Interact closely with other team members and demonstrate excellent communication skills, along with the ability to challenge, support and influence other stakeholders.
Requirements / Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Experience in land and partnerships is desirable.
- Hybrid role with a base location at our offices in London; travel across the region as required.
- Occasional travel may be required with attendance at your designated office base and to other Clarion offices as needed.
