Role

To be successful in your role of Assistant Land & Partnerships Manager, you will work with all Land and Partnerships colleagues to deliver a pipeline of development projects.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new land opportunities, including joint ventures, S106 and package deals for residential led schemes across London and the South East.
  • Support the creation of new partnerships and joint ventures, and maintain a network of connections with stakeholders.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in London. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least 3 days per week.

Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required. Occasional travel may be required with attendance at your designated office base and occasional travel to other Clarion offices as and when required.
