Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge? Don’t miss out on this apprenticeship opportunity! We’re looking for a bright and enthusiastic Apprentice Project Assistant to join our Clarion Futures team. This is a busy and varied role, where you’ll provide administrative support to the National Jobs and Training team, part of Clarion Futures. This will include updating publicity material, carrying out quality spot checks, updating participants' records, preparing promotional/presentation materials whilst organising meetings, publicity events and statistical updates.
Other key duties include:
- Supporting the promotion of our national jobs and training programmes (internally and externally) through direct marketing and social media platforms
- Dealing with and responding to internal and external enquiries as appropriate, maintaining a courteous and professional manner at all times
- Supporting the collation and dissemination of KPI data
To be successful, you’ll come to us with good written and verbal communication skills and a desire to learn and complete the relevant qualifications for this apprenticeship. You’ll show a passion for Customer Service and possess excellent IT, organisational and planning skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career and grow your skills in a sector that makes a real difference to the lives of its customers.
As part of the role, you’ll have the opportunity to study for a Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship and study for your NVQ qualification. You’ll develop new skills and behaviours to support your personal development and progression. If you have not already achieved Level 2 English and Maths, you must complete these before taking your final assessment.
