Duties will include inspecting and cleaning communal areas ensuring that our estates are kept clean and hazard free with high standards maintained.
You'll be sweeping, mopping, litter picking and cleaning bin areas as well as carrying out health and safety checks.
Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required.
