The Opportunity Marketing Operations plays a critical role in creating the foundations for marketing success. At Clarion, we have built a strong community of Marketing Operations professionals across our diverse sectors who are transforming how we utilise customer data, automate processes, optimise the customer journey, and measure performance. We are now seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager, EMEA (Campaign Operations) to lead our centralised Campaign Operations function across EMEA. This role will own how marketing campaigns are built, executed, and optimised across the business, ensuring scalable, efficient delivery that drives engagement and commercial impact.
You will lead a specialist Campaign Operations team responsible for marketing automation, segmentation, and process optimisation across a growing marketing technology stack, including Salesforce, Pardot, Qualified, and AB Tasty. This is a high-impact leadership role, ideal for someone passionate about driving operational excellence in campaign delivery, embedding scalable processes, and leading a team that delivers high quality execution across the full marketing lifecycle.
The Candidate Marketing Operations at Clarion Events is underpinned by five core principles and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate successful outcomes across all of them:

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the Campaign Operations strategy within Marketing Operations
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, setting clear priorities and standards
- Act as the senior lead for campaign execution, aligning delivery with commercial and marketing goals
- Operational Excellence capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Superior verbal and written communications skills with high attention to detail
