Overview
In this role you drive a multi-year technology and digital transformation programme across global teams.
You will govern delivery across Enterprise Apps, Data, IT and Digital, shaping a connected operating model.
You’ll coordinate complex, cross-functional initiatives to migrate marketing and segmentation platforms and enable adoption worldwide.
Your work directly supports revenue growth and cost efficiency while maturing the PMO.
You’ll work with senior stakeholders to balance business and technical needs in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain programme and project plans, governance, RAID logs, dependencies, milestones and success metrics across multiple initiatives
- Provide accurate reporting on progress, risks, decisions and delivery confidence to stakeholders
- Coordinate across engineering, data, architecture, infrastructure, product, security and third-party partners to meet milestones
- Drive accountability, remove blockers, and escalate risks as needed
- Ensure alignment to scope, timelines, budgets and success criteria throughout delivery
- Maintain project hygiene and operational excellence using Jira, Confluence and portfolio reporting
- Bridge business and technology teams, translating requirements into actionable plans and technical concepts into business language
- Build relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR and Operations to manage priorities and impacts
- Facilitate decision-making with the right stakeholders and drive actions to completion
- Coordinate business readiness ahead of releases and go-lives, ensuring successful adoption
- Connect with sponsors on adoption outcomes, run retrospectives and evidence value realization
- Co-develop PMO ways of working with the Programme Director and coach junior team members
- Drive Jira maturity across delivery life-cycle to enable automation
- Key requirements
- Proven experience delivering complex technology programmes in digital/technology transformation
- Strong technical foundation across business applications, data platforms, integrations, infrastructure and enterprise tech
- Solid understanding of software development life cycles, modern architecture, and Agile delivery
- Knowledge of cloud data platforms (e. g., Databricks, Lakehouse) and migration principles
- Ability to identify data-specific risks and manage integration of multiple source systems
- Experience managing diverse technical teams and understanding cloud data platform costs
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, architecture, data, security and external partners
- Highly organized with PMO discipline: planning, governance, dependency management, stage gates, risk tracking, using Jira/Confluence
- Commercial mindset with understanding of how technology delivers business value and change management focus
